At Netboxx Cosmetics, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy below:

All Sales Are Final
We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@netboxxcosmetics.com or netboxxcosmetics@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve any issues and offer an in-store credit. A follow-up link for your in-store credit will be provided after your inquiry.

Exceptions to the Policy
The only exception to our final sale policy is if the item is damaged or defective. In such cases, we will require photographic proof of the damage or defect. Once verified, we will send you a return slip via email. Upon receiving the returned item, a full refund will be issued.

Important Notes:

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Ineligible items included in a return package will not be credited.
  • Exchanges are no longer accepted.
