Netboxx Cosmetics Return Policy

At Netboxx Cosmetics, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our return policy below:

All Sales Are Final

 We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact our customer service team within 7  days of receiving your order. Please contact our support@netboxxcosmetics.com or netboxxcosmetics@gmail.com.  and we will work with you to resolve any issues. 

Once you have provided us with your order number and order details, we will review your request. If you are eligible for an in-store credit, we will gladly offer it to you. Along follow-up link for your in-store credit will be provided after we process your inquiry.

 Exceptions to the Policy The only exception to our final sale policy is if the item is damaged or defective upon you receiving it. In such cases, we will require photographic proof of the damage or defect. Also your item/items  must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once verified, we will send you a return slip via email. Upon receiving the returned item, a full refund will be issued.

Important Notes:

  • Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Ineligible items included in a return package will not be credited.
  • Exchanges are no longer accepted.
  • In-Store Credit Policy
    If you have in-store credit, it can only be used once, and no refunds or exchanges can be made on the in-store credit itself. Please note that in-store credit cannot be returned or refunded once applied.
